Transaction Cancellation – Chic Avenue

At Chic Avenue, we believe in personal and respectful service. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here for you.

🔁 Cancellation Policy:

• A transaction can be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product or receiving the transaction details (whichever is later).

• Cancellation will be made by written notice only (via email to: contact @chicavenue.co.il or via the contact form on the website).

• In the event of cancellation due to a product defect or non-conformity, you will receive a full refund, including shipping fees.

• In the event of cancellation for any other reason - a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will be charged.

• The refund will be made using the same payment method used to make the transaction, within 7 business days of receiving the product back at the warehouse.

📦 Product return:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging , unused , and accompanied by an invoice or proof of purchase.

• You will bear the cost of shipping back to us, unless it is a defect or error on our part.
