Items can be returned within 14 days, meaning you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, even if unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also present your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and after receiving the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we review your refund, we will let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
